Any hour
Emergency garage door repair, 24 hours
A door stuck open is an open house. Call the office at any hour and we will get someone out to secure the opening.
Chapter 01
What counts as an emergency
A door that will not close, so the building is open. A door that will not open, so a vehicle is trapped or a business cannot trade. A door that has come off its track or dropped, which is a hazard to anyone standing near it.
For a commercial building, a loading bay door down in the middle of a shift is the same category. We run a 24 hour dispatch for exactly this.

What to do before we get there
Stop using the opener. Repeated attempts on a door that is binding or has a broken spring will bend track, shear hinges and turn a repair into a replacement.
Do not try to lift a door with a broken spring by hand, and keep people and vehicles from underneath it. If the door is open and the building is exposed, secure what you can reach and tell us when you call.
Chapter 03
Securing first, finishing after
The first job on an emergency call is to make the opening safe and secure. Sometimes that is the full repair in one visit and sometimes it is a temporary fix while a section or a spring is ordered in.
Either way you will know which one it is before we leave, along with what the rest of it will cost.
