Chapter 01
One damaged section does not mean a new door
Reversing into the bottom section is the single most common way a garage door gets damaged, and it is usually repairable. If the section design is still in production and the rest of the door is sound, we can replace the damaged panel rather than the whole thing.
Where a door is old enough that the exact section is discontinued, we will tell you that plainly instead of fitting something that does not match.

The parts that wear out on schedule
Rollers, hinges, bearings and cables all have a service life measured in cycles rather than years, so a door on a busy family house wears faster than an identical door on a quiet one. Springs are the same and are the part most likely to end a door's working day.
We work on all major brands and models, so an older door from a manufacturer we do not currently sell is not a problem.
Chapter 03
Remotes and keypads
Lost remotes, dead keypads and units that will not pair again after a power cut are all quick fixes. Bring the opener model number or a photo of the label on the motor unit and we can usually sort it over the counter.
We take cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover, and pickup and delivery are available if coming in is awkward.
